Forget going to the gym!!  Go to hell, P-90X.  I graduated with a degree in history; time to try a 106-year-old exercise regimen called My System by J.P. Muller.  It’s only 15 a 15 minute process done everyday, and I’m kinda hoping to get a 19th century strongman body.  Hah!

Watch the video, I’m kind of convinced.
