240 Hours into Unemployment

So…where am I so far?
I’ve been unemployed for the last 10 days; here’s a progress report.

Accomplishments:

1. Sleeping by 12am…waking up by 8am.
2. Started studying…kinda.
3. Applying to some part-time/some full-time positions.
4. Applied to 7 game shows (the PIR, Are you smarter than a 5th grader?)

To do list:

1. Get in touch with my old professors.
2. Sign up for the GREs…(i keep pushing it back).
3. Exercise.
4. Study more.
5. Win lottery.

So this is me so far.  I’m kinda coasting at this point (playing on the internet/Wii too much, not studying enough, not looking for a job seriously enough), but I’ll start to get serious around the end of this month.  But until then, I’ll fill my quota of relaxing and making a list of where I want to be in 10 years; then to pull myself out of my lazy routine and get serious about fulfilling those goals.
